Patrik Fältström is the Technical Director and Head of Security at Netnod, and was also a member of the Swedish Delegation at various ITU and ITU-T meetings, including but not limited to the last WCIT and Plenipot.
For years he has been active in the IETF and RIPE (although he could not participate in this meeting) and has been a member of IESG, IAB and ISOC BoT, and has also been a WG Chair at RIPE.
He was also the liaison from IETF to ITU-T for a number of years.
